Nirvan Diwas

It is a law of nature that one who takes birth grows, performs assigned functions and, over a period of time, leaves the corporal frame. Param Pujya Guruji decided, on his own, to leave His human form on the 28th July 1991, two days after Guru Purnima, and attained Nirvana. As per his wish, Pujya Guruji’s mortal remains were laid to rest at a place selected by him and consigned to the flames. This place is known as Samadhi Sthal, Neelkanth Dham, Najafgarh, New Delhi. But in reality Guruji has not gone; he is just invisible and has become omnipresent. He continues to be as gracious as ever. Time and again, he has made us realize that he is around, and many have felt his presence.

Patience and implicit faith in your Guru and God are the basic prerequisites in the path of sadhna and sewa. Guruji gave us a direction to practise japa, follow a simple and ‘Satoguni’ way of life. Render nishkaam sewa, because by rendering selfless service to people you actually serve the Lord Himself. Detach yourself from the material world and enter into the realms of the inner world (meditate). Involvement with the Supreme Lord will bring peace. His grace and steady practice will ultimately lead to a state of bliss – sat-chit-ananda.
